When it comes to trying to make money online, it was extremely hard to figure out the best route to pursue. There are so many different options to choose from, and so many different reviews to read online; that it made it tough to figure out what road to take. How do you figure out which ones actually work? When I became 46 years old, I was bound and determined to quit my job and make money online. Most of us dream about working from home and not having to punch a clock, or not having to answer to some boss. But most of us aren’t willing to do what it takes to pursue our dreams. I know that money isn’t everything in life; happiness is the most important to me. I will say though, it helps to have a little extra cash when your kids start going to college. It is very important to build your net worth!
One way to try and make money online is to have your own website. Sounds like a great idea “doesn’t it”? Well if you’re like me, I didn’t have a clue on how to build a website or what to do to make it successful. But like I said earlier, I was determined to make money online. I didn’t know anything about HTML, search engine optimization, website hosting companies, Google Adsense or Adwords, Meta keywords, just to name a few things that go along with a website.
The first thing that I thought of was to go out and hire a marketing firm to help me, and believe me; there are thousands to choose from. There not cheap either! They’re going to tell you things like you can make a thousand dollars in your first month. They’ll act like making money online is so easy and simple. To work from home and make money online only takes 10 to 15 hours a week. They don’t tell you about hiring someone to do your business taxes. They don’t tell you about incorporating your business and the costs associated with that. And you might want to go out and hire a lawyer to take care of the legal matters.
