| In my opinion, knowledge and an informed opinion is a must and necessary to understand and cure anxiety disorders, OCD, depression and phobia's. If you think about it, we can't fight what we don't know, right? So, I am not going to lose you time giving out symptoms, triggers, etc., because that's something that we can easily research. You just have to google it and your able to find millions of information. But i know that it is extremely necessary to emphasize the urge to have some insight and adequate information. And this can be in regards to anything, from specific things, to day to day basic aspects. Throughout the different posts that I have shared with you, along side some information about the method itself, I find it important to share with you what my life has changed since I was able to cure my anxiety issues and panic attacks once, I took upon me the challenge of including the linden method into my life. I find it to be necessary that you get a view of what the aftermath is like along side the knowledge of the process itself. A bit like the light at the end of the tunnel. As human beings, I have always believed that one of the main goals for our life is pretty much so that we can become a better human, in a way that humanity can start to live in a balanced way with each other. Let's face it, a lot of our actions are caused from our society . If you get a chance to look into more detail you can find an increase in people suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, ocd, panic attacks, phobia, anorexia, etc.. The life that we live nowadays, just can't be a sane one. We end up feeling all kinds of pressures, from having to look a certain way to having a high level of success, and for whose benefit? I am sure that most people would love to get ride of this of social pressure and live a meaningful life were we are given value for who we are and not what we own or do, but let's face it: economy 'talks louder'. Nobody can show their true self. We have to mask ourselves so that we can be socially accepted. This mask can however be very dangerous to some โ we end up repressing our true feelings. If we become the sort of person that are incapable of freeing ourselves, it might contribute towards the development of re-occurring panic attacks and develop possible anxiety disorders. Once i realized that there could be a positive outcome from a "negative" one, I started to modify my way of thinking whilst I started using the linden method. Whereas a positive mood seems to help establish a cooperation, flexibility, creativity and use of mental shortcuts, negative mood tend to promote more attentive, careful thinking which makes one to start paying bigger attention to the surrounding world. People that find themselves in a negative state of mind, are less exposed to the making of mislead judgments, has if they become more 'bullet prof', which in turn are able to have a better understanding of their surroundings. The great thing of being who we are is that things can always change, and with The Linden Method things did change for me. We are made to believe that we always have to have a smile across our face but seriously, next time your out and about have a look around..even better, if you have old photos lying around the house from 50 years ago, and compare them with some photos taken recently. In the older ones you might see that people didn't seem to smile a lot. In fact it was not a standard thing to do! Nowadays however, you won't manage to find one where someone is not smiling. Considering this, the brain controls our body, but we are also capable of controlling our brain! However I find it to unacceptable for someone to control it just so you become someone that you do not want to be. I do feel that I have became a better person. Whenever I find myself in doubt or feeling anxious I somehow know what to expect and how to deal with the variety of emotions that often come associated. This also means that I have became more on control to change itself and therefore feel prepared to whatever life will throw my way! In other words, I can be happy even when things do not seem that good. The Linden Method will make you think outside the box and find your beautiful and unique soul even if it means that you might be a bit different from all of the herd! |
